Blood & Bodily Fluid
Remediation and Cleanup Services
Fully Compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 (Bloodborne Pathogen Standard)
Certified Technicians — IICRC Trauma & Crime Scene, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen trained.
Blood and biological fluids carry invisible, resilient bloodborne pathogens that standard janitorial staff cannot safely or legally handle. Our certified technicians deliver rapid, OSHA-compliant biological extraction, clinical disinfection, and licensed medical waste disposal—eliminating liability and making your property safe for occupancy.

Specialized Bio-Fluid Decontamination for Any Facility or Home
Protecting Public Health, Brand Reputation, and Employees.
Customer medical emergencies, severe slips and falls, or restroom bio-contaminations disrupt operations and expose employees to biological risks. Requiring general maintenance or cleaning personnel to clean blood spills violates OSHA regulations and creates significant employer liability.
We deploy discrete field teams equipped with negative pressure HEPA containment barriers to seal off restrooms, aisles, or corridors. We remediate the fluid, apply hospital-grade antimicrobials, and clear the area for immediate, safe reopening without business disruption.

Complete Molecular Odor Neutralization (Not Masking)
Permanent Elimination of Airborne Decomposition Compounds.
Decomposition produces volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including putrescine and cadaverine, which bond to drywall, plaster, insulation, and soft surfaces throughout the entire structure. Masking these compounds with ozone alone or scented sprays results in recurring odors weeks later.
-
Multi-stage negative-air staging using industrial HEPA air scrubbers to trap airborne particulates and prevent odor migration to neighboring units or corridors.
-
Advanced hydroxyl generation and thermal fogging technologies that penetrate deep into porous drywall and fabrics to neutralize odor-causing molecules at the cellular level.
-
Complete HVAC inspection and duct sanitization to ensure the building’s mechanical systems circulate clean, pure air.
Because decomposition gases are a complex cocktail of dangerous volatile organic compounds (VOCs)—such as putrescine, cadaverine, dimethyl disulfide, and indole—true remediation requires altering these compounds at a molecular level.
Our systems use UV light wavelengths to replicate atmospheric hydroxyl radicals (OH). They attack and break down the carbon-hydrogen bonds in VOCs. While slower than ozone, hydroxyl oxidation is safe to run in occupied spaces and does not damage sensitive materials like rubber or electronics.
